My journey
Over the years, there were a few milestones that led me to now helping parents feel better:
🎓 I have a degree in Psychology, which laid the foundation for understanding how we think, feel, and behave—especially during times of change.
🧘♀️I’m a certified Yoga Teacher (200+ hrs) and Kids Yoga Teacher—movement and mindfulness have been lifelines in my own parenting journey.
🌱 I’m an ICF Certified Coach, trained to support meaningful, sustainable change.
👩💼 I bring over a decade of experience in HR and Learning & Development — so I design quick learning experiences that fit into full lives.
✨ I’ve coached 200+ clients through career transitions—and learned that balance is the foundation of any fulfilling path, especially for parents.
💙 My own early motherhood journey included gestational diabetes, relentless ‘morning’ sickness, colic, severe sleep deprivation, shingles, lockdown isolation, and a crash course in boundary-setting. T’was… a wild time.
And now?
It’s my mission to help parents find more balanced, fulfilling days — by supporting you to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous systems, set compassionate boundaries, and cultivate habits that feel like nourishment — not another chore.
