5. Booking and Services

By booking a service with us, you agree to our service terms, including any applicable fees and cancellation policies. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens. To keep things fair and flowing for everyone, here’s our simple policy:

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 24 hours before your session will be considered forfeited.

No-Shows

  • If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be considered forfeited.

  • If you're more than 10 minutes late without contact, the session may be shortened or forfeited.

7. Redemption Period

All calls must be booked and used within the redemption period, or they will be forfeited. It is the responsibility of the client to schedule in their coaching calls, with enough advance notice that they are able to secure times suitable to their timezone.

8. Call Recording Disclaimer

Private coaching calls may be recorded, and provided to you (on your request).

9. Testimonials

We love to share your wins and successes inside our programme. By signing up for our programmes and courses, you waive the right to anonymity and any testimonials including unofficial testimonials and words of praise via Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, emails, within our paid programmes and direct messages with Alice Lilley, all have the potential to be used on our marketing materials and/or any promotional efforts.

10. Our Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our courses or coaching programmes. Please ensure you are 100% certain of your decision before investment in our products and services because there are zero exceptions to this rule excluding the below scenarios which are, even then, at complete discretion of The Peaceful Pause Collective.

11. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide valuable content, courses, coaching, programmes, free offers and services, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from using our site or services.

We will do everything for you to succeed and will do our best to support you, but we make no guarantees and we can only control so much about your success. Client testimonials are for information and inspiration purposes only. You understand that the Peaceful Pause Collective makes no guarantees regarding any results based on any action or inaction relating to your life based on the information we share or services we sell or share for free through the Site.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Peaceful Pause Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Zealand.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

15. Inappropriate conduct

The Peaceful Pause Collective fully reserves the right to remove, block, and delete your access to their social media accounts, groups, courses and programs in response to inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to; abusive, hateful or offensive comments, remarks of a sexual nature, or causing discomfort to the team or fellow students in any other way. You will not be refunded following the removal of a program or course for this reason.
