    With my background in learning and development, this program is designed with busy parents in mind. It’s built to be practical, easy to integrate, and deeply impactful — even in the busiest season.

    Moving out of ‘surviving’ isn’t a quick fix. If quick fixes worked, surviving wouldn’t be the norm for so many parents. This is meaningful, sustainable change—and it’s 100% doable.

  • Spaces are limited each month to ensure every client receives the attention and support they deserve. Book a fit call to talk through availability and see if now is the right time for you.

  • Yes. Starting in your third trimester can be a great way to prepare for postpartum with more intention and self-compassion. I recommend beginning around that time so we can continue working together as you enter those early newborn days.

  • I’m based in New Zealand, and work hours that suit NZ, Australia, UK, Europe & USA (east + west coast) parents 🌎

  • Not yet—but it’s on the horizon. I intentionally named this The Peaceful Pause Collective because I believe there is so much value in having a community who is going through a shared experience. A group programme is in the works, but no launch date is set just yet.
